Welcome Aboard!
We're glad you signed on to explore family learning in museums with us! You will discover family learning facts we've collected from other institutions and findings from our family research study here at the USS Constitution Museum. The three year research project on family learning is funded by a National Leadership Grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. We focus on the visitors most museums know the least about—the multi-generational family group. How many come through the doors of your institution? How do we develop exhibits and offerings to engage them? The website is designed to be informative and thought-provoking while providing rich resources on family learning at many levels!
