Developing All Hands on Deck at
the USS Constitution Museum
July 3rd 2009 we opened “All Hands on Deck”, the permanent exhibition based on our successes with the prototype exhibition, “A Sailor’s Life for Me?” The exhibition includes expanded versions of the successful exhibit prototypes as well as additional elements, which we hope to test in the coming years.
The exhibition "A Sailor's Life For Me?" was our testing ground for the Family Learning Project. The Curator wanted to try new ways of communicating with the visitor, and the Director of Exhibitions wanted to prototype and evaluate everything.
